Haitian Constitution, should it be revised or not , given the fact that the Haitian population will not have a say in any of the decisions. State your position?

Second article 284-3 of the constitution should be amended to allow ordinary citizens to have a say in the way they would like to be governed. third, the constitution should never be rewritten, it should adjusted to respond to the way the world is functioning and revised every twenty years etc. However, the core premise of the constitution should never be changed, because, Haitians want to be governed democratically and wants everyone to be equal under the law.
